Christy Barrett
Chief Executive Officer
Christy Barrett has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She has held management positions for over 15 years in both Oncology and Internal Medicine specialties. Her areas of expertise include clinic operations, compliance and revenue cycle management. She has worked in various capacities from the administrative/front office to clinical positions such as laboratory services and medical assistant positions. She has overseen HIPAA, OSHA and OIG compliance plans as well as managed the revenue cycle. This variety of experience allows Ms. Barrett to understand the impact of decisions made throughout the clinic. Ms. Barrett is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and holds her Certified Medical Office Manager certification. Ms. Barrett lives in Dallas.
Emily Herlihy
Chief Financial Officer
Emily Herlihy is a healthcare management professional with expertise in practice financial management and human resources management. She has worked in various capacities within the healthcare industry, from assisting in minor in-office procedures to clinical research associate to Director of Finance and Human Resources. This experience provides Ms. Herlihy with the ability to understand the business of healthcare from the very first patient encounter to accounting and physician compensation. Ms. Herlihy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas A&M University, and her Master of Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Ms. Herlihy is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and The Society for Human Resources Management. She lives in Dallas with her husband, Patrick, and sons, Kevin and Charles.
